Summer Extra Trash-Day Valet
Available at addresses with an extra summer collection day. During the town’s summer schedule, some homes have an additional Friday trash collection. We roll your trash bin out Thursday evening and bring it back after Friday’s collection—just like your regular valet service.
Monthly plans: add $20/month while the extra summer collection is active. Annual plans: add $80 total for one summer season. Jay confirms your address and summer schedule before service starts.

We live here too, so the route is about as local as it gets. Coastal Mobile Estates residents get both regular collection days handled: Monday recycling and Tuesday trash, with rollout and return for up to 2 bins.

When do the bins move?
We normally roll your bins out the evening before pickup, around 5–8 p.m., and return them after collection the next afternoon or evening. For soundside homes: recycling goes out Sunday evening; on Monday after recycling is collected, we bring it back and roll Tuesday’s trash out in the same stop; trash comes back Tuesday after pickup. If you choose Summer Extra Trash-Day Valet, we also roll the bin out Thursday evening for Friday pickup, then return it after collection. Collection delays or holidays may shift the return.

How does Fresh 12 work?
Pay $385 upfront for 12 monthly cleanings of up to 2 bins. That saves $35 compared with 12 monthly payments of $35. Each additional bin costs $120 for the full year ($10 per visit). Your service year starts with your first scheduled cleaning. Fresh 12 does not automatically renew. Contact Jay before booking if you have questions about changes or cancellations during the prepaid year.
How do recurring plans and cancellation work?
Monthly plans are billed $35 every month, and quarterly plans are billed $45 every 3 months. Those prices include up to 2 bins. Any extra bins add $10 each to every cleaning. Recurring plans continue until canceled; there’s no long-term contract. Contact Jay to cancel anytime. The $55 one-time clean has no recurring charge.
